    01 postage cost and service provider

    Every parcel is despatched the same day or the next day for orders placed after 3 PM with Royal Mail 2nd class parcel. Occasionally we can use different carriers if Royal Mail services are disturbed. One postage cost applies for the whole order, regardless of the quantity.

    02 how long it takes?

    Standard parcel travels in 2-4 working days. To speed up the process we can post this with Royal Mail Tracked 24 (an additional item at the bottom of the listing), this service usually arrives within 48 hours.

    03 what if my parcel did not arrive?

    Please let us know if the parcel did not arrive within 5 working days, please check first all the usual places where the postman could leave the parcel, as sometimes they don't leave the red card with information.

    04 I ordered the wrong size or the item is faulty?

    Please communicate any issues with your order. In the unlikely event of the inner tube being faulty, a replacement will be sent straight away. If the wrong size is purchased by mistake, please send them back to us and the value of the product will be refunded.
